EBL Reduces Incremental Platform Fees

It's not often that prices go backwards, but we've decided to reduce our incremental platform fees. The overall incremental platform fee prices will stay the same. However, we're lowering the incremental fee from 15% to 10%.This new incremental pricing will go into effect on 15th January, 2009.
